" O my Lord! I beseech you to grant me immediate help. O Guardian, grant me security, protection and shield me with your Might. Subdue all the foes, O the majestic one, and provide me O creator with refuge from Evil. Make my Devil suffer disappointment and sanctify my innermost being..."

Please repeat this prayer while starting the day and calling it a day. Each word of this prayer has it's own meaning. All the Best.

" Most of you are worshipping this world and your money,
while neglecting the worshipful service of the Creator and Provider (al-Khaaliq ar- Raziq).  This world is transitory (faaniya).  This world is nothing but shackles and beatings,
cares and woes, and a veil between you and your Lord."                                                             -   Sufi Saint Shaik Abdul Qadir Jilani

" O son of Kunti, the wise do not rejoice in sensual pleasures.
This is because they know that these have a beginning and end very soon.
They know that sense pleasures are the birth place of pain."--  Lord Krishna in Bhagavad Gita

"When your Heart becomes sound and pure, it can hear the call of the Lord of Truth from all of six directions. Then you will not care about hunger and thirst, nakedness and indignity. You will not even care the loss of this world." -

Oh God, You are great indeed!

Retreat in Bangalore on 2nd March, melted so may Hearts and here is what Sanjeev has to share with all of us:

"Hi Sir,
How you doing? :)

Well, I had an excellent day yesterday. Even my mom enjoyed.
When I came back home yesterday night, I wrote a small letter  to the god and I wanted to share it with you.
Actually those thoughts occured to me during the sessions, I came back home and completed that flow of thoughts on a piece of paper. It is addressed to the almighty, and is as follows,

I remember what you whispered in my ears,
You said "I love you"
You know that I have hurt you, you know it very well.
Every-time I had hurt someone it was you who was hurt not that person.
Every-time when I stabbed someone physically or emotionally or mentally, it was you who bled.
But you still say to me that you love me.
How can you still love someone like me who stabbed you to bleed?
How can you?

After everything I have done to you, you still want to accept and embrace me.
You still see me as your most beloved child.
I marvel how can it be.
Tears are rolling down my eyes and I cant control myself, as I am overwhelmed by your magnanimity.
I am lost to your love and magnanimity.
Now you tell me Oh! the very source of love!
How can I not love you?!!
How can I keep myself away from not accepting thy love?!!
How can I not submit to your magnanimity?!!
I am lost to your magnanimity my lord.
And in this very loss I have found my greatest victory.

I have now found my confidant, the very source of my trust.
Lord, I  submit to your magnanimity, without any effort.
I submit to thy love.
And I can never forget this.

Regards,
Sanjeev

"When you turn towards your Lord of Light and throw yourself before Him, the Mighty and the Glorious, when he lifts the veil that intervenes between you and His favour and opens the door of sustenance by His favour at every time of necessity, who is also a fried of the patient as a protection from Him, the Mighty and the Glorious in order to keep you clear from any inclination towards what is besides Him. He thus pleases you by his favours. Thus, when he removes from your heart every purpose and every desire and every pleasure and every object, there remains nothing in your heart excepting His purpose."

"Want to have His Mercy and Grace?
Wish to receive spiritual protection?
Desire to connect to Abundance?..
Then, chant the name of Lord silently in Heart for the rest of your life. This is the only resource we are left with. Wake up before its too late."  - Dr. Syed Sufi
